In his new role as President and Chief Operating Officer, Rich will oversee all day-to-day operations of FUJIFILM Sonosite Inc., and work with Mr. Ueda to drive business growth and scale operations. Rich joined the company in January 2017, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. Previously, he served with Philips Healthcare for 15 years where he held various executive leadership roles and built high performing teams that consistently delivered strong business results. He earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
As a resident of Washington State for over two decades, Rich currently resides in Kirkland, Washington. He enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle and swims regularly with his U.S. Masters Swimming team.
