Company to Report Complete Second Quarter Financial Results July 30, 2007 BOTHELL, WA, July 5, 2007 - Sonosite, Inc. (Nasdaq:SONO), today provided preliminary revenue results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007. The company said that worldwide revenue grew approximately 20% to over $47 million compared to the second quarter of 2006. Image quality, ease of use, system reliability and durability, and ergonomic design of transducers were key reasons for the high satisfaction rating. Federal Circuit Affirms Lower Court Summary Judgment in Sonosite's Favor BOTHELL, WA - December 14, 2006 - Sonosite, Inc. In March 2006, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, granted Sonosite's motion for summary judgment, and reversed its earlier finding that Sonosite infringed Neutrino's patent, US Patent No. 6,221,021 ("the '021 patent").
